ABC samplers

Pints provides a number of samplers for Approximate Bayesian
Computation (ABC), all implementing the :class:`ABCSampler`
interface, that can be used to sample from a stochastic model
given a :class:`LogPrior` and a :class:`ErrorMeasure`.
